Euro Millions Oracle 55 Lucky Star Syndicate Terms and Conditions

Introduction

The purpose of this 55 Lucky Star Syndicate is to maximise the potential of winning a JACKPOT of the Euro Millions Lottery and is intended for those who are serious about playing to WIN!

This is attempted by putting together Unique sets of 5 Main Numbers and placing them with each pair of Lucky Stars (described below) giving 55 playing lines.

This method reduces the odds from approximately ´116 Million to 1´ down to just over ´2 Million to 1´ which is "7" times better than playing one line on the UK National Lottery (14 Million to One).

One thing that is guaranteed is providing all 55 lines are sponsored, then the syndicate would benefit from getting any given Lucky Star pairing in the draw, meaning only one Main number would be needed for a payout.

Eligibility of Membership

UK Gaming Laws apply where only persons 16 years old or older are allowed to register for and play in the 55 Lucky Star Syndicate regardless of individuals country of origin.

Failure to observe the age limit will mean all and any prize monies due to that player shall be donated to a registered charity, charities or other good cause or causes at the sole discretion of the Syndicate and Prize Fund Manager.

55 Lucky Star Syndicate and Prize Fund Manager

Mr Geoffrey W Gill is the 55 Lucky Star Syndicate and Prize Fund Manager and has complete control and final say on all matters relating to the 55 Lucky Star Syndicate.

The Syndicate may be closed at anytime without reason.

Membership may be refused without reason and all monies will be returned.

In the event of the 55 Lucky Star Syndicate being closed and there being outstanding winnings in the Prize Fund, all shall be paid and distributed as soon as practical.

The 55 Lucky Star Syndicate and Prize Fund Manager is not entitled to an equal free share of syndicate winnings and pays for his own playing line(s).

55 Lucky Star Syndicate Registration

The 55 Lucky Star Syndicate Application Form must be fully and accurately completed.

Subject to availability, each player will nominate which set of 5 Main Draw numbers and 2 Lucky Star numbers they wish to use.

Players submitting a Fully Complete Registration Form will receive a Unique Registration Number that will be used to identify them. However, only this Registration Number will be shown on the web-site and so protecting the individual members identity.

It is the players responsibility to ensure above rules conform with their own National Inheritance or other unearned Income Laws. If amendment to these notes is required, for the benefit of all players, please give full details as soon as possible stating your source of information.

For the benefit of UK National Inheritance Tax Laws and/or Regulations, signing the 55 Lucky Star Syndicate Application Form confirms your membership of a bone fide Syndicate and so exempts you from any such tax or financial penalty.

Signing the 55 Lucky Star Syndicate Application Form also confirms that you agree unconditionally and will abide by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.

These Terms and Conditions may be changed without notice.

Payment

Payment must accompany the completed Application Form and may be paid in either Stirling ( £ ) or Euro ( € ) regardless of country of origin and is accepted by Cheque, Postal or Money Order. "DO NOT SEND CASH !"

All payments shall be made payable to; Euro Millions Oracle

All 55 Lucky Star Syndicate plays are paid for in advance for a minimum period of 13 weeks (£ 26.00 or 39.00 €) at a time. (Minimum membership 12 months)

Members are entitled to purchase more than one playing line subject to receipt of a completed Application Form and full payment for each line selected.

The Application form contains all 55 Lucky Star playing lines and a tick against a given selection is all that is required.

Should a line be previously selected, the prospective member shall be advised by email so they may make another selection.

Two or more players may purchase a single line but each must complete and sign their own Application Form.

Where multiply players have purchased a single line then this constitutes one share of any winnings which in turn shall be split equally between each of them.

Failure to maintain payment will result in the members prize monies (if any), to be frozen and their numbers becoming available for another member.

Receipts for payments made will only be by email.

55 Lucky Star Syndicate Combinations

There are 55 Combinations of the Lucky Star numbers. For example; 1 & 2, 5 & 9 up to 10 & 11 and so making 55 pairs.

These 55 sets of numbers are fixed and played every week.

Each playing line uses one of these Lucky Star Pairs with a unique set of 5 Main Numbers.

The 55 unique sets are composed of 5 numbers from 1 to 50 of which any pair of numbers are not repeated again throughout the 55 lines. For example; if a given set of 5 main numbers comprises of say, 1, 13, 24, 26 & 48 then, for example, 13 & 26 will not appear together within the same set of any of the other 35 sets of 5 main numbers.

All 55 Lucky Star sets of numbers are shown but only highlighted lines which have been paid for are actually played.

Winning lines will be indicated whether they be included in the prize fund or not, thus showing what was "lost" if a given line was not paid for. (Which could mean a JACKPOT loss).

55 Lucky Star Syndicate Play

Anyone eligible to play, may join the syndicate at any time.

All 55 Lucky Star Number sets shall be posted on the web-site the weekend prior to the coming Friday night draw or as soon after as possible.

Winnings

Winnings shall be shown on the euromillionsoracle.com web-site as soon as practical and/or possible, following each Friday night draw. (Although usually on the following Saturday morning, this cannot be guaranteed).

All and any 55 Lucky Star Winnings each week that are less than £ 40 (40 €) per share shall be held in the Prize Fund until a Grand Payout on the Annual Anniversary of the start of the Syndicate. (allow 14 days).

All and any 55 Lucky Star Winnings each week that are greater than or equal to £ 40 (40 €) per share shall be paid out as soon as practical. (allow 14 days).

Members are committed to a minimum 12 month contract and may not cease their membership or withdraw any share they may be due until the annual anniversary date (i.e. mid August).

Winnings will only be paid to the Named, Registered Member or a bone fide representative on the demise of the member.

Should a member or their representative not be contactable at the time of the annual payout or after reasonable attempts to locate them, then after 6 months any prize winnings due shall be donated to a registered charity, charities or other good cause or causes at the sole discretion of the Syndicate and Prize Fund Manager.

Should any member wish to make public their win(s), it shall only be in association with the Euro Millions Oracle 55 Lucky Star Syndicate and Prize Fund Manager.

Winnings may be used to fund future plays.

Administration Fees

There are no fees concerned with being a member of this Euro Millions Oracle 55 Lucky Star Syndicate with the exception of returning invalid application forms.

Confidentiality

All information supplied by Syndicate Members shall be kept in total confidence and will not be passed to any third party without the express permission of the individual or as required by any legal body or government office.

The 55 Lucky Star Euro Millions Prize Fund Manager will take all reasonable precautions to protect and care for any prize monies and to distribute such monies and receipts as stated above, but will not be held responsible for any loss of winnings, funds, omissions and/or errors, howsoever arising.
