When the Euro Millions Lottery began, I was asked to run my works syndicate. I resisted this quite strongly as I was not prepared to cover the cost of any individual if they did not pay even for one week. Hence, I made it clear I would not cover others' payments and drew up the necessary legal syndicate form with appropriate wording and circulated it to the other people for agreement and signing. I think because I took the 'No Pay, No Play' stance, I have not had any real problems with the weekly collection. In fact, most now pay a few weeks ahead which helps cover any temporary shortfall (due to sickness or holiday).
The very first week I bought our syndicate plays we won a modest £ 7.20 (€ 10.37). This was the second week of the Euro Millions Lottery and to date we have averaged a win "every other week" since.
In the early days I immediately used any winnings to buy "bonus" plays. However, I soon realised that the Lucky Star numbers, 1 to 9 made up 36 different combinations. That is, 1 & 2, 1 & 3 .... 2 & 3, 2 & 4 .... and so on up to 8 & 9. Therefore, if we bought 36 plays using these fixed Lucky Star numbers we would be guaranteed to match the drawn Lucky Star numbers plus an additional 8 occurrences of each of them individually. (Please refer to Syndicate page and select a week where there is 'Yes' in the Bonus column, for an example of this).
I proposed to the group that I should save our winnings until I had £ 54 (€ 77.76) and then buy these 36 bonus plays. As previously said, I would use the 36 fixed Lucky Star number combinations and then pick at random 5 Main numbers to go with each pair. They all agreed this would be a better use of our winnings. Thus to date our 36 bonus plays have had at least one winning play almost every time. (Note: I am building all these pages and have actual copies of all purchased tickets should these be requested as proof of play).
It was not long before I realised that being in a bigger syndicate would potentially bring in bigger rewards, so I started to look to the internet for Euro Millions Lottery Syndicates. I soon became disappointed in what I found. Fancy pages, expensive membership with little or no "up-front" details of syndicate membership or its success. In fact, one site charges £ 5.00 (€ 7.20) per week, where £ 3.50 (€ 5.04) was taken in administration fees! It was plainly obvious that just like certain other types of betting the only person to win was the bookie or in this case the syndicate operators.
I wanted more than that and just as I show and distribute copies of the Euro Millions Lottery play slips each week to my fellow works syndicate members, it did not take much of a mental leap to think others would like this honest and up-front syndicate and it was not long after that I started to put together the ideas for this web-site particularly as I already have a bit of knowledge and experience of designing and producing web-sites. Also, as previously stated I am a Psychic and Clairvoyant and often work with Angel divination cards, which itself gave me the idea of designing and producing my own Euro Millions Cards and offer them as part of a package, mainly on the internet. Hence, this web-site and the Euro Millions Oracle Divination Cards.
Surprisingly, the design of the Euro Millions Logo (top left of each page), turned out to be quite easy. I am sure that asking for help and guidance from the Angels of Abundance were heard and from then on the rest just seem to happen without a problem. Once I had the logo then I needed a back cover. I looked for an appropriate Angel image, but did not find anything that "felt" right, but after a few hours of searching I came across the current multicoloured image. (I am into colour therapy as well, so again this seemed to fit perfectly). Anyway, along with the logo and appropriate wording I knew I had found what I wanted.
The face of the cards was not so easy, believe it or not. They obviously had to have numbers on them, but where? how many? what character style? I tried using a conventional playing card layout in a couple of different ways. None worked. But whilst playing around with the layouts I had a feeling that numbers on their own were not enough. Hence, "The Magick Wands". My thinking was simply, wave a magick wand and all shall be granted. Well as shown here, it looks good if nothing else.

I produced the first set of cards back in August 2004 using good quality card and laminated them. I did not want large cards, like typical tarot cards. So as I design and produce Business Cards, I decided to make my Euro Millions Oracle Cards this size. (Cards sets are supplied wrapped in tissue paper with full user instructions, registration and FREE DRAW forms all in a strong, clear, plastic box).
One of my daughters was the guinea pig to try them out and she loved them straight away saying they were really easy to handle and shuffle as they were light and small. Like me, she has small hands and so finds anything larger than a standard set of playing cards difficult to use, but my cards were just the right size and great to work with.
Next was to get started on the web-site. I didn't have a problem with deciding on the name, but was it available? Obviously, YES! *** www.euromillionsoracle.com ***
My initial efforts were not too bad, at least I got something pretty reasonable up and running by the end of September 2004. It was not long before each page began to grow in content with a couple of style and layout improvements along the way. In fact, I have now added the flags of each of the participating European Nations mainly because people have asked, "Well, who are the other countries that run this lottery?" Most people who are into the Euro Millions Lottery know that it started with just the UK, France and Spain, but currently it has become a group of 9 countries (October 2005). Apparently, this gives a potential playing population of some 200 Million individuals.
So apart from a few minor changes to appearance and ease of navigating around, the web-site continues to grow and is updated every week, usually on a Saturday morning immediately after the Friday night draw.
December 2004 saw the start of the Euro Millions Oracle Syndicate (3 members) with every penny paid in going to buy lottery plays. TRUE! as there are NO Administration or Membership Fees. (Note: I only charge £ 1 (€ 2) to cover bank and postal charges when posting winnings and even this comes out of the individual players winning fund). I also run a WEEKLY FREE DRAW where I select at random one of the registered members numbers and that individual benefits "FREE OF CHARGE" from any winnings and "I" buy the ticket out of my own pocket! Both these sets are live on this web-site as soon as possible on the Saturday for all to see and to check on right through to the actual draw. Even then they can be viewed anytime at just the click of a button (see Syndicate and FREE DRAW pages).
So, I hear you ask (shout! even), he runs this web-site, its syndicates and buys a lottery ticket for a FREE DRAW out of his own pocket! How does he do it? What does he get out of it?
It is simple. I take an equal share of any winnings from both the EURO MILLIONS ORACLE Syndicate and the FREE DRAW. To date the FREE DRAW has had just one win so has cost me money, but the syndicate has brought quite a few wins and it is quite exciting every Saturday to see how well we have done. So it goes without saying, beside the fun of it, I am investing time, effort and money for the good of all who wish to become a Millionaire, including me, of course.
Even if all this effort and expense does not bring great financial rewards, as it is not guaranteed that Abundance will come in the form of a big Euro Millions Lottery Win (I recommend you read about Angels and their work if you do not follow this statement. Please take a look at the Links page for some very good books on the subject), I shall continue with this web-site indefinitely. However, there may come a point, for whatever reason when I cannot continue, in that case I shall offer Euro Millions Oracle and all that goes with it to whomever I feel will take good care of it and look after its visitors and members with the honesty and integrity that I do.
