Euro Millions Oracle Terms and Conditions

Eligibility of Membership and Playing any Associated Game

UK Gaming Laws apply where only persons 16 years old or older are allowed to register for a Syndicate or participate in the SUDOKU Free Play Competition regardless of individuals country of origin.

Note: Failure to observe the age limit will mean all prize monies due to that player shall be donated to a registered charity, charities or other good cause or causes at the sole discretion of the Syndicate and Prize Fund Manager.

Payment

Payment must accompany a fully and accurately completed Syndicate Registration Form and may be paid in either Stirling ( £ ) or Euro ( € ) regardless of country of origin and is accepted by Cheque, Postal or Money Order. "DO NOT SEND CASH !"

All payments make payable to; "Euro Millions Oracle"

All Euro Millions Syndicate plays are paid for in advance for a minimum period of 12 weeks (£ 24.00 or 50.00 €), unless otherwise agreed.

Failure to maintain payment will result in the members prize monies (if any), to be frozen and their numbers to be removed from the syndicate listings.

Receipts for payments made will only be acknowledged by email.

Syndicate and Prize Fund Manager

Mr Geoffrey W Gill is the Syndicate and Prize Fund Manager and has complete control and final say on all matters relating to all Euro Millions Oracle Syndicates, FREE DRAW, SUDOKU Free Play Competition plus All and Any Special Play Offers and any Winnings.

All and any Syndicates may be closed at anytime without explaination.

Membership may be refused without reason and all monies will be returned.

In the event of the Syndicate being closed and there being outstanding winnings in the Prize Fund, all shall be paid and distributed as per above rules and subject to the Administration Fee.

The non-paying Syndicate and Prize Fund Manager is entitled to and receives an equal share of Syndicate winnings on a week by week basis. (This applies only to Groups 1 & 2)

Syndicate Registration ~ Groups 1 & 2

All Syndicate Application Forms must be fully and accurately completed.

The player will submit a set of 5 Main Draw numbers and 2 Lucky Star numbers.

A Player may change their numbers at anytime, in writing either by letter or email. (This is solely for legal purposes and does not apply if the Player is purchasing further plays and the number set is not being changed).

Players submitting a Fully Complete Registration Form will receive a Unique Registration Number that will be used to identify them. However, only this Registration Number will be shown on the web-site and so protecting the individual members identity.

It is the players responsibility to ensure above rules conform with their own National Inheritance or other unearned Income Laws. If amendment to these notes is required, for the benefit of all players, please give full details as soon as possible stating your source of information.

For the benefit of UK National Inheritance Tax Laws and/or Regulations, signing the Syndicate Application Form confirms your membership of a bone fide Syndicate, FREE DRAW and SUDOKU Free Play Competition and so exempts you from any such tax or financial penalty.

Signing the Syndicate Application Form and/or submitting a SUDOKU Free Play Competition Form also confirms that you agree unconditionally with and will abide by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.

"36" Group Syndicate Registration

This Syndicate Application Form must be fully and accurately completed.

The player will select one or more preselected lines which they sponsor.

A Player may change their sponsorship selection at anytime, in writing either by letter or email. (This is solely for legal purposes and does not apply if the Player is purchasing further plays and the number set is not being changed).

All other rules applying to syndicate membership apply.

Syndicate Play

Anyone eligible to play, may join a Syndicate at any time.

All registered numbers shall be posted on the web-site the weekend prior to the coming Friday night draw.

Winnings

Winnings shall be shown on the Web-site as soon as practical and/or possible following the Friday night draw. (Although usually on the following Saturday morning, this cannot be guaranteed).

All and any Euro Millions Lottery Winnings less than £ 40 (100 €) shall be held in the Prize Fund and contribute towards Bonus Plays or credited against individual member accounts.

All and any Euro Millions Lottery Winnings greater than or equal to £ 40 (100 €) shall be paid out as soon as practical. (allow 10 days. UK - Not subject to administration fee. Internatioanl - subject to full postal costs).

Should a member wish to withdraw their share, this shall be paid on receiving a written request. (allow 10 days and may be subject to administration fee).

Removal of a members share may limit any Bonus Play win(s) if they have agreed to partaking in the Bonus Play scheme.

Winnings will only be paid to the Named, Registered Member or a Bonefide representative.

Should an individual member wish to make public their win(s), it shall only be in association with the Euro Millions Oracle Syndicate and Prize Fund Manager.

Winnings may be used to fund future plays with no administrative fee deduction.

Winnings may also be used to fund Bonus Plays.

Bonus Plays

Relating the Syndicate Groups 1 & 2 only ~ When the Syndicate Prize Fund has reached at least £ 72.00 (150.00 €), Syndicate members are invited to play 36 Bonus Lines on the next Euro Millions Lottery draw.

Bonus Plays are in addition to normal Syndicate weekly plays.

Participation in Bonus Plays is optional.

Members not wishing to participate in Bonus Plays have their prize monies frozen and do not benefit from any Bonus Play winnings.

Normal Syndicate winnings are still payable to all.

Bonus Play numbers use all 36 combinations of the Lucky Star numbers 1 to 9 (i.e. 1 & 2, 1 & 3 through to 7 & 9, 8 & 9), along with a random selection of 5 main numbers from 1 to 50.

Each Main number set is in turn made up from a unique combination such that within the 36 Bonus Lines, no two numbers appear together twice within the 36 additional sets of numbers.

The Prize Fund Manager shall not be held liable for any losses incurred from Bonus Plays.

The non-paying Syndicate and Prize Fund Manager is entitled to and receives an equal share from all Bonus Plays.

FREE DRAW

All Euro Millions Oracle Syndicate Members are automatically entered into the Weekly FREE DRAW for the term of their membership.

FREE DRAW lottery play is sponsored and paid for by Euro Millions Oracle / the Prize Fund Manager.

The FREE DRAW entry is selected at random from all Syndicate Members Unique Registration Number.

FREE DRAW winnings are shared equally between Syndicate Member and Prize Fund Manager.

Any winnings due are paid immediately, if requested and subject to 'WINNINGS' rules above and may incur the Administration Fee, else are credited to the Syndicate Members account.

The FREE DRAW may be ceased at any time without explanation.

SUDOKU Monthly Free Play Competition

The SUDOKU Monthly Free Play Competition is open to all eligible persons (see above).

SUDOKU Free Play is sponsored and paid for by Euro Millions Oracle / the Prize Fund Manager.

All correct entries received by the last Friday Midnight in the month and are entered into the draw which is made the following Saturday.

5 correct solutions of the SUDOKU Puzzle drawn will Win a Single Euro Millions Lottery Play each for the following Friday draw. (Assuming there are 5 correct solutions received).

Each player may submit one entry per month. Additional entries will be disqualified.

Euro Millions Lottery numbers used for the SUDOKU Free Play are selected at the sole discretion and control of the Prize Fund Manager.

The selection of the Competition Winner(s), Lottery and Raffle Numbers will be displayed on the main SUDOKU Competition web page the weekend before the foloowing Friday evening draw.

Any SUDOKU Free Play Competition Winnings are shared equally between the Competition Winner and Prize Fund Manager.

Any winnings under £ 40 (100 €) shall buy further lottery games for the following Friday draw. All further winning from these plays will still belong equally to the original winner and Prize Fund Manager.

Further winnings from above rule as still subject to above therefore, a continuing cycle of additional plays will continue.

Any winnings of £ 40 (100 €) or over shall be forwarded to the winner immeadiately. (Subject to 'WINNINGS' rules above). (allow 10 days and may be subject to administration fee).

The SUDOKU Free Play Competition may be ceased at any time without need of explanation.

2010 6th Birthday Free Entry Draw

Our "2010 6th Birthday Free Entry Draw" is open to all throughout the World who are of gambling age within their own country who submit their entries up to midnight GMT Friday 29th October 2010.

A prize of a single Euro Millions Lottery Game will be awarded to each of 6 individuals selected at random at the end of the entry period. These 6 plays will be for Friday 5th November 2010.

All rules associated with being a Member of a Euro Millions Oracle Syndicate Apply.

Entrants only have to email their FULL Personal details of; Name, Date of Birth, Address, Telephone/Mobile and Email. These details must be fully and accurately given to be accepted into the draw.

One entry per household allowed.

Standard rules for any lottery winnings payout apply as per SUDOKU rules.

Administration Fees

Snail mail posting of Winnings or Receipts will incur a nominal charge of £ 1.00 or 2.40 € on each and every occasion to cover postage and any banking charges.

There are no other fees concerned with being a member of any Euro Millions Oracle Syndicate, FREE DRAW, SUDOKU Free Play Competition or for any other Payout.

Confidentiality

All information supplied by Syndicate Members and SUDOKU Free Play Competition Entrants or for any other reason shall be kept in total confidence and will not be passed to any third party without the express permission of the individual or as required by any legal body or government office.

Disclaimer

The Euro Millions Prize Fund Manager will take all reasonable precautions to protect and care for any prize monies and to distribute such monies and receipts as stated above, but will not be held responsible for any loss of winnings, funds, omissions and/or errors, howsoever arising.

Amendment of Terms & Conditions

These Euro Millions Oracle Terms & Conditions may be Amended without prior notice.
